February 22 to 24, 2019, PetSmart Charities is working with Animal Welfare Organizations across North America to host pet adoption events within PetSmart stores.
When you attend, you'll find dogs, puppies, cats, kittens and small pets all in need of a lifelong, loving home.
The amazing organizations we work with ensure each pet is spayed and neutered prior to adoption, giving you added peace of mind as you search for your new best friend.
Planning on adopting a pet this weekend? RSVP on Facebook
A huge thank you to Petsmart and my volunteers who made the event successful..

Nova Scotia becomes 1st province to ban cat declawing
Adopt Me Canada Cat Rescue has been on a mission since June 2011 to ban declawing in Canada. We currently have an online petition with almost 5000 signatures, we have been in touch with all Canadian Veterinarian Association's, Spca, news papers, mp's/mpp's and any outlet we can get our hands on. In order to have our voices heard we must network together and take this on as "our cause" not as an individual group. If we do not fight together than declawing will continue to happen and more cats will suffer.
We are asking you to join forces with us. Please check out my blog.
Thanks,
Deidre Wilson
